Yin energy is rooted in the physical though is the key to the metaphysical, this practice is associated with extreme stillness, darkness, shadow work, water, and moon energy, the polar opposite of Yang; exercise, and movement.

A beautiful exploration of humanity has resulted in numerous perspectives of Yin Yoga, I today wish to share with those who dare to truly discover their own innate power to join me, and explore your inner world of Yin; a combination of surrendering, allowing, witnessing, total stillness with a complete collapse of the Ego human mental complex.

Long, slow, deep postures apply pressure to the myofascial (connective tissue - electrical dense muscle network capable of storing stress, traumas; emotionally and spiritually, acids; pain-metabolic waste) stimulating the lymphatic channels, organs, glands, tendons, ligaments. A stimulation that removes blockages, toxins, and stagnant metabolic waste from the lymph system.

Can you allow total conscious stillness?

Basic importance of Yin Yoga:

If your toilet was clogged in your house, would you continue flushing it only to clean the poop off the floor (traditional medicine "treatment" practices, or would you work to fix whats blocking the free movement?

Constipation is arguably the primary catalysis for systematic health degeneration in the age of unconscious consumerism. High protein, high mucus forming foods, bad eating habits, 9-5 jobs, no exercise, lost practice of earthing/grounding, reduced sunlight exposure, reduced fresh air intake and the list goes on. 

Body Health 101:

All cells require a kitchen and a toilet; they eat and they poop.

Blood (kitchen) provides the food, Lymphatic system (metabolites/toilet system) carries away the waste.

Stiffness, muscle pain, tight muscle, eczema, rashes, lack of mobility are generally associated  to a sub-optimal lymphatic system. Yin yoga and breathing helps to open these channels, allowing blood to reach through the dense locked out areas and the waste to flow freely to the lymph nodes then to the bowels, skin, lungs and kidneys for excretion. If the cell  'toilet" channels are clogged, cellular energy utilization; ATP, is grossly limited and even reduced to fermentation = sickness.

Fasting is required the day of practice for best results, Yin yoga is highly recommend for those wishing to have out of body, metaphysical or psychic experiences.

Your lungs are the pumps of the lymphatic system, this will clear obstructions; stagnation, whilst oxygenating deep tissues, organs and glands in the entire body. This is arguably the most powerful detoxification healing practice available to all humans currently on Earth.

Oxygen is approx 21% of the air we breath, our most powerful cleansing agent and chemical reaction component essential to our physical existence. Why?
