90 minutes of Yin Yoga; 90 minutes breathing:
William's L.S.D. practice will help open stangnation through out the body, move acid build up (muscle pain), open energie blockages (emotional trauma, physical trauma) to be healed, clear the naddi channels, move Chi/Pana/lifeforce energy for healing, reenergizing, strengthening ones system.
432hz quartz crystal bowls will be played during the sessions along with other frequency generating devices.
Wear very loose fitted clothing that is not restrictive to your breathing.
All mats, blocks, blankets, props are provided.
Tea, water will be available following the event.
For best results participants should attempt to Juice fast for 48 hours prior to the event, this is an energetic charging exercise assisting in healing the body.
